This 5 bedroom Town House in the heart of Aspen is a 3 minute walk to the lifts. You can also easily walk to all the restaurants and shops in the Aspen Core! It has a large stone fireplace in the great room and is comfortably decorated. There are views of the Aspen mountain slopes from the private deck. The Town House has recently (2019) had the bedrooms remodeled with built in wardrobes and drawers to maximize bedroom space. All the beds and bedding were updated as part of the remodel. All Bedrooms have their own private bathroom En Suite. Enjoy all that Aspen has to offer including over 100 world renowned restaurants and bars, in addition to world class shopping. This historical mining and ski town hosts various events and festivals throughout the year including World Cup Skiing, the Aspen Music Festival, Aspen Ideas Festival, the X Games, WinterSkol, and special holiday events including the annual 4th of July festival and fireworks. Owner prefers rentals to a Sat-Sat or Sun-Sun time frame.
